Method of consigning order

There are several ways of consigning orders such as in writing, by phone and electronic communication. If trading is made at the request of consigner, the company shall make an immediate notice to him either by telephone or by electronic communication.

The way in writing is taken at branches of a securities company who shall be consigned through order note signed and sealed by a consigner who writes down the details of consignment.

The way by phone means the one that a consigner consigns trading to a securities company by telephone, telegram or facsimile, and in this case, the company shall prepare order note, sign & seal and take other steps like recording as evidences of order.

The way by electronic communication, called as home trading, is the one that a consigner inputs order through computer and the like, order shall be transmitted directly to the system of a member not via personnel of the company.
